“Minoli’s Top End Flavors” is a 6-episode, 30-minute observational documentary series that follows Minoli DeSilva as she navigates the critical third year of her Sri Lankan restaurant in Darwin. With her business at a pivotal point, Minoli enlists the help of her friends, MasterChef winners Justin Narayan and Brent Draper. Together, they explore the Northern Territory to discover unique ingredients and culinary inspiration.

Each episode features their adventures and humorous experiences, alternating with the trials and tribulations of running a hospitality business. Minoli spends half of the series out in the field with her friends and the other half back in Darwin, working to ensure her restaurant thrives during this crucial tourism season.
